Nowadays, gyudon (beef bowl) restaurants can be found almost everywhere in Japan, and many people eat gyudon. Gyudon has long been known for being cheap, fast, and delicious.
The ingredients for gyudon are simple: thinly sliced beef and onions are simmered in soy sauce, then topped with rice to complete the dish.
but I think it's also delicious with pickled ginger or red chili pepper. Pickled ginger is made by soaking ginger in plum vinegar. So it has a sour taste. Red chili pepper is not so spicy. Usually both are free.

We will introduce some famous gyudon chain restaurants.
